Justin Will join Hugo D and The BBC team for an outside Broadcast at The annual Ballyclare fair. Justin + a number of other acts will sing and chat on the live broadcast. Come along for Good days crak and ye might even get a few bargains. Live on air, BBC Radio Ulster  from 1.30pm “Are Ye going to The Fair ?”

I have just finished filming a music video for my song “The Other side”  Featuring in the video with me will be Emma Reid. We filmed the video in The Beautiful Maiden city of Derry. Justin McGurk will feature on “Phil Macks Country show” on Monday 13th Dec @ 9pm, SKY CHANNEL  201 and FREESAT CHANNEL 403, This show was recorded in The Strule Theatre Omagh Co Tyrone a few weeks ago.  On This show you will see Justin perform one of his original songs “The Price” a duet with Sinead Taggart.

Then On Monday 3rd Jan 2011 @ 9pm you can catch two more performances  from Justin on The Co Tyrone special of Phil Mack’s Country road show. Justin and The Boogie Men will launch their New Album “Nothing without you” when they perform a free open air concert in Ballycastle,Co Antrim on Sunday 29th August 2010 @ The Diamond, Mainstreet Ballycastle. Show starts 9.30pm-11.30pm.

Singer/song writer from Cookstown is celebrating after learning his song “We’re gonna be alright” has hit Number 1 in the European country music charts.

Justin who currently Gigs all over with his band The Boogie Men sang we’re gonna be alright” recently when he was a finalist on the recent series of Glor Tire.

Justin was surprised to first hear that his song had been recorded in by singer Grayam Rodger. Justin had emailed an mp3 of the song to a number of radio stations in who immediately began playing the song. After hearing the song on a Sydney radio station country singer Grayam Rodger emailed Justin immediately to ask for permission to record his song. Rodger then recorded his own version and made the song a hit in , his version then made it into the European country charts where it has been at Number 1 for the past week.

Justin Co wrote the song with John Farry who is also delighted with the success of the song.

Justin said he always knew “We’re gonna be alright” had the potential to be a hit and that’s why it is featured on his new album The Road Back, though he never expected the song to be recorded on the other side of the world and to become  number 1  hit in the  European country music charts.

Closer to home Justin’s success story continues to grow with his new single “ Dublin ” being released on November 27^th 09.
